StartupResources.io — Issue #116
Hi folks, another Friday, another dollar. Well, okay, hopefully more than one and possibly in a different currency. The Icelandic one is called “króna” and is pronounced kind of like the beer Corona (no relation — our money is not beer 🤔).
In less than an hour, my native country Iceland is competing against Nigeria in the World Cup. Wish them luck (or if you’re Nigerian, may the best team win!). In the last game (against Argentina, which was a 1:1 draw), the game had 99.6% TV viewership. Hoping we get above 99.9% today — lots of businesses are closing right about now so folks can go watch, including CrankWheel.
